Game Quality Forum Europe 2018 | Pole to Win

Game Quality Forum Europe 2018

The 6th annual Game Quality Forum Europe from organisers IQPC will be heading to Berlin from June 26-28, 2018. This year is the first time the European event will be focusing on all aspects of the quality lifecycle, introducing player support and community management to the stream alongside quality assurance and localisation. The new format was successfully inaugurated by IQPC at their North America event in 2017.

Pole To Win (PTW) is privileged to be part of this important event once again. As a proud sponsor of the event which, this year, will look at how to overcome the challenges posed by new tools, processes, and player demands to reach new heights of quality, we are also delighted to announce that our Senior Director of Localization, Chris Rowley, is now a member of the Forum’s Advisory Board.

On Wednesday June 27, PTW will be presenting “Staying in the Game: The Power of Integrated QA & CX”. This session will look at how integrated QA and CX drives successful platform launches; how to leverage training, systems, communications and release plan synergies across QA and CX teams; and the importance of triaging inputs from players and each department with common KPIs to improve customer retention, product and support. You can catch the presentation at 9.50am and it is not one to be missed!

On Thursday June 28, PTW will be hosting an interactive panel session. During the conference, attendees will be asked to take part in a live poll regarding challenges in their role. The five most popular will be reviewed and debated during the interactive panel session. Join us at 3.25pm to hear the outcomes.

Why not check out the Game Quality Forum Content Library before the event for more background reading? This includes PTW’s whitepaper on “How virtual reality has changed the games testing environment” and our article on “Integrated CX and QA: Drive engagement through uniting teams” which will give you a flavour of what’s to come at the event. Or, if you are short on time, then why not watch our video on “Game quality: the key to unlocking your players’ loyalty” which gives an overview on why quality is imperative.

We are looking forward to catching up with our QA, localization and player support friends and colleagues again from across the games industry! If you would also like to attend the 6th Game Quality Forum Europe order your tickets using discount code GQF20, and then get in touch to arrange a meeting with us at the event to learn more about what we do.
