Game Quality Forum North America 2017
The Game Quality Forum North America will be heading to Santa Clara, California on December 6-7, 2017. The fifth annual North America event has formally introduced customer services to its coverage and has renamed the Game QA & Localization conference to the Game Quality Forum.

Pole To Win will be contributing to the discussions with a presentation on day one delivered by our Senior Director of Customer Experience, Wilson Nieves and our Senior Director of Quality Assurance, Kasturi Rangan. Wilson and Rangan will discuss how integrated quality assurance and customer experience can drive player engagement and retention.
On day two, Wilson will also be leading a panel discussion on how ever-closer ties between quality assurance, customer experience and other service areas support player growth and game longevity.
